Gave me the wrong prescription for contacts. I went back telling him I couldn't see right (I have had contacts for 23 years and know what it should feel like) and he did a quick test and said "I don't see the problem." I then went to a reputable eye clinic on High Point road (the one at the Dean Clinic), received a prescription that was a half point different in both eyes, and I am back in business. The fact that he took so little time to talk to me about my problem was worrisome. I kind of need to see when I'm driving. There is one nice receptionist that works there and everyone else has an attitude that I have worked with there. I would go somewhere else personally and am glad I have found a new doctor. The reason I originally went here was I had a Shopko eye doctor in Freeport Illinois for many years and Dr. Anderson was wonderful. Update-I called to see if I could return my unopened contacts, was told yes on the phone, but once I got there was told no. This place is not professional. Seek eye care elsewhere.
