Subway seems to have a really high variation in quality from location to location. This is one of the better ones I've been to, especially in Tempe. I used to live really close and ended up going here a lot for lunch. There were only a couple times when the experience wasn't stellar, which is a really good track record. Friendly people and they actually get the order right (not as common as you might think). They're constantly cleaning and picking up trash in the dining area.
