This ice cream place looks straight outta the 50s - baseball teams, pick up trucks and all! I absolutely love that they haven't updated the signage or really any part of it. Ordered a m&m flurry - the soft serve was delicious. It had a different taste than the regular type you'd get from Dairy Queen or McDs. Silkier almost. I only saw her sprinkle The m&ms on top, but they must have been mixed in too because I never ran out. Had the perfect ice cream to chocolate ratio! They also had 1 dairy-free option if anyone is looking. If was a lemony type sorbet icee. Main downsides were they only take cash (though they do have an ATM), the lack of lighting in the parking lot where the picnic tables are, the pot-holed parking lot and the looooong lineups. Not a single one of those would ever stop me from coming back though - loved it!! The line moves super fast anyways ;) Overall, a much sweeter option than a chain any day. I love the old-time feel to it, which is probably why I like it so very much. They do have a lot of flavors and options too, so I'm sure most everyone would find many things to love about dairy cream!
