Grooming is good but our last experience was absolutely horrible. I took my dog in at the scheduled time and several hours later after no call to pick him up I called them.
The lady on the phone berated me stating that due to my dog being "aggressive"they called a few hours prior to pick him up. I explained I had not received a phone call and it was unusual that my dog who has never been aggressive was now showing aggression.
She repeated that they called and someone had answered the phone. I rushed down to pick him up and not surprisingly he was finished with his haircut with a stellar dog report.
There was another dog there with the same name who caused the ruckus. They didn't apologize for the rudeness.
