no where near exceptional customer service,dont go here at all. never go to penny pincher either,but even their service is better, i bought a iac valve, the customer watch his car start at 300 rpm . that he did not like. now he doesn't want that brand , i put the original part back and it start ed fine, now he dont wanna replace it at all. he want his money back. well guess what? there are absolutely no refunds, it should show that in a huge banner u fucks! there were 10 employees no customers in the store,this was saturday,sunday closed, monday i went back, i called the office to make a claim its wednesday now and still no call back from the gm. with a store that empty i highly doubt you are that busy. my name is mr ac my phone number is 602_486_7927 a independently family owned business ..lets go ppl !! get it together ...need a new gm?!
