I have had my dog there a few times, and I know there not cheap, but I did figure Professional. I was wrong. I noticed my dog had a problem Sat afternoon around 1:30 and noticed the vet closed at 4. I called them and asked if I could bring her in, as I researched through the Internet and all indications were a serious infection, and if not treated right away, could be fatal. The Vet clinic checked with a vet, and they replied they were too busy to see her, but I could take her to Calgary if I wished. I didn't wish!!! This is NOT Professional behavior for any Vet, as they are more concerned about what time there leaving, not the health of the animal. Any animal matters!!! She is a purebred animal that cost me $2000. She is also a member of my family. Man I am pissed. I have found another Vet in Airdrie that will see her right away, so Audios Airdrie Animal Health!! Oh ya, in all fairness they did tell me I could bring her in Monday.
