Wow worst hotel in hell! Figured with that kind of price. Took my family out on vacation the hotel looked nice when I got there. I went to cheek in and some man was yelling I told my kids to stay in the car. When I did arrive in the front to cheek in the man that was yelling was the regional manager! I felt so bad for the young lady that was working that night I even told him to clam it down and he even went off on me. I was surprised and shocked how this man can treat people like this. I asked him to stop yelling at me and I want to know who's his manager. There was a young man standing behind him and he said he's my manger but I run things here. This man needs to not work in hotel business or any customer service. He's a rude old man. He told me his name was joe. I refused to spend my money there. No way in hell I was going to let this man yell at me. He should be fired.
