Tried to order 2 hoagie special at 7:45 pm and was called back shortly after by a very sweet young lady by the name of Kelly and informed they were out of Hoagies and had one left?? Ok first thing i wanted to ask was how do you run out of your 2nd most popular item?? But my wife was ok if they replaced with a meatball calzone. Phoned back and my wife was greeted by a very rude man whose name we didnt catch. She informed him that the meatball calzone and the one hoagie would be fine. He proceeded to argue with her and told her that it would cost more than our original order for that one item. We told him to proceed to refund our debit card for the order. And he still felt the need to argue with her about it. Dont bother with this one unless you want yelled at.
