This weird place serves both Vietnamese and Neo-Japanese cuisine. The combination of cuisine is weird, no lie, but the service and the fact the restaurant was clean, well lit and well decorated gives it an edge.
I ordered a Large bowl of pho, with a beef, and chicken salad to share. The pho was alright, however, it was not hot enough and lacked a tad of complexity that should be brought up by the spice mix that goes into the soup. The salads were ok, the chicken salad was heavily peppered and the beef salad could have been a tad spicier. Ok place if you are in the neighborhood.
