After posting my 2-star review, I received a message from a manager at Monty's, asking if he could send me some vouchers and if I would be willing to give them another try. I happily did that, and got the vouchers soon after! I have since been back to Monty's twice, once for breakfast and another time for dinner.
The service has been great both times; prompt and friendly. The food is pretty good, and is definitely a good value. The prices might not be super cheap, but you get a lot of food! I've gotten poached eggs twice since I wrote my more negative review of Monty's, and both times the eggs have been cooked perfectly.
