I hired Matt a couple of days ago to clean the dryer vents in two homes. The first thing to note is that Matt is very easy to talk with. He explains what he is doing and answers all of your questions. Matt also takes photos so that if you don't understand his explanation, then certainly you will understand the photos! On the first house he visited, Matt identified a construction problem/existing fire hazard with the vent that must be fixed ASAP before the dryer can be used and before he can clean it. I will get that done and then call Matt back to clean the vent. Matt's charge for this service: 0, Nada, Zilch. Then Matt went to the second house. This time Matt informed me that the vent was clean and working properly and did not need to be serviced. This is an example of Matt's honesty. Matt's charge for this service: again, 0, Nada, Zilch. Matt has good business skills: he sends you a photo of himself before he arrives so that you know who is at your door and he calls you the night before to remind you of your appointment and he doesn't make you wait long for an appointment. Plus Matt's prices are super great. Bottom line: regularly clean your dryer vent and call Matt to get it done!
