Worst company ever, last year we booked a cab ahead of time for a flight and then cancelled to taxi and they still came. Today we were supposed to have a taxi pick us up at 6:45 to catch a flight and I called at 6:55 because no one showed up and the customer service lady said sorry ma'am we are still trying to locate a driver to pick you up, you'll have to wait until we can find someone to come get you!
