I called another HVAC company for a $39.99 pre-winter "tune-up special" on my furnace and I wasn't impressed. He didn't really do anything but basically told me I needed a new system and gave me a quote. I didn't look up their reviews until after (and they were not good) so I called Air Done Right for a second opinion. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and the owner and one of his technicians were there the same day for a "No charge second opinion". They took the time to actually disassemble it and show me what the problem was and explain why it needed replaced. His quote was half as much as the first company's quote for the same furnace. And they got it done the next day. Knowledgeable guys, super nice, and they cleaned up after the job.
