I ordered white Blinds & had a custom made rear door sliding blinds made. The quality & installer were superb. I spent about $5000 with them. After 3 years the plastic tension cord wall mount pully broke on the custom blind rear door slider, no problem. I called them, spoke to a manager, he said he would order it & I asked for the price, I never heard back from them after 1 month, so I called, asking them to send it so I could install it with one screw. He said they could do it for $50.00. Wow what a way to lose my 2nd home business. I went on ebay purchased one after wasting 2 months for $3.95, free shipping from California- screwed the one screw in, done. I was willing to pay for the part but $50 to screw one screw? It is the service after the sale that grows your market share through positive word of mouth, the lack of service or greed loses customers for life as it has done here over a $7.00 part.
