Horrible customer service. Today I went in to exchange a candle that I had bought just two days ago. I had the receipt for the candle in the bag. The younger blonde that works there came up to me as I was shopping and instead of asking how she could help, she asked me if she could take my shopping bag that had the candle and receipt I was planning to exchange. She wanted to take it to the register to hold it there? How rude!!! Obviously she thought I was a shoplifter. She seemed surprised that I had a receipt in the bag when I went to the register to do the exchange. I would have stayed there to do more shopping today but she completely ruined the occasion!!! I'll be going to Downtown Summerlin from now on even though it's not as close to my house.
