We had Action Painting back to paint an interior room - in fact, the same room they painted the first time - and the experience was the exact opposite of the first time around.
The reason we had them back wasn't because the room had a problem with the paint, it was because we redid the room, pulling out the paneling and putting up drywall. So we had it repainted. Same color, even. The only issue was that the people who came in did a horrible job on the painting, and they screwed up the (hardwood) floor as well.
Being the trusting soul that I am, I believed when they said they would be back on Monday. No sign of them.
We have since had the room repainted by someone else. Looks great now, but not because of Action Painting. At least, not directly.
You can only do one update, so I'm going to edit my update. Which is like a second update. But hopefully you'll get the idea...
We actually received a phone call just now, asking us if we were interested in having Action Painting come by and paint the room for which they gave us an estimate. A little odd, since they had already been by, painted the room, done a horrible job, and not come back by to honor their "five year" warranty.
They offered to check it out, see if they could fix it, at which point I let them know that we had already taken care of the problem with another company. I just found that it was a little strange that someone called to follow up on their estimate when they had already done the job (poorly, at that).
