It's been about a year since I needed a cell phone repair and I'm glad I came back to these guys. I definitely see an improvement in both this business' craftsmanship and timeliness. I came in this time with my iPhone 5S. I dropped my phone a few days and I damaged my screen and the mic, and after quickly realizing I was unable to talk on the phone, I had to get it fixed asap! After unsuccessfully attempting to get Apple to fix my phone I took it to Cell Lab. They explained all my options before offering to sell me a new phone, and even after I had explained that my phone was dying at about 24% they threw in a new battery for only 10 more dollars! After about 45 minutes I was given back my phone with it feeling like I just bought it. They were friendly and made me feel at ease about my embarrassing episode. Definitely coming back. And a tip for you anyone reading this, don't jog in the rain!
