I am very thankful that I came across Suzana's business on Yelp, so I am returning the favor to the world of Yelp by explaining how great she is.
Firstly, it is very apparent that she is not in this business to "make a living" for herself. She genuinely cares about dogs and enjoys educating dog owners to bring the best of their dogs using science-based methods. My one-year old westie had reactivity towards bigger dogs and some resource guarding issues, after a few sessions with Suzana, she has taught me to communicate my expectations with my westie through positive reinforcement, and my westie has completely stopped reacting to other dogs. She is incredibly knowledgeable about behaviour analysis due to her education background, yet my questions are always answered in a plain language, sensical fashion. Lastly, it is a real bonus that she comes to my condo for the training sessions, so your dog will always be at "home" and feels comfortable while being trained.
I highly recommend her to any dog owners looking to improve their communications with their canine friends!
