This was my first time going to the dental clinic. They assigned me to Haley and she was awful. She told me that she could have left me sitting in the waiting room longer. She said that the other students need patients but that she does not. What?! I told her that I did not think that her comments to me were appropriate. I should have asked for a different student because her manner was terrible. I told Dr. Myers who oversees her what she has said to me. He was appalled and said that her comment was inappropriate. I was trying to be a trooper and not ask for a different student. Then Haley took me to get pictures taken of my teeth. When I asked her if the pictures that I brought in on a hard drive were acceptable she could not give me a straight answer. Just a simple yes or no question. Then one of the other students whose name was Shawn went off on me in front of everyone in the radiology department. He said "I care about Haley." He told Haley to get rid of me. I cannot tell you how awful my experience at the dental clinic was. Dr. Myers already knew that Haley had spoken to me in an inappropriate/unprofessional manner. Then I told him how Shawn another student told Haley to get me kicked out of the dental clinic because I had reported her misbehavior. Do not go to this dental clinic. Dr. Myers saw how inappropriate these 2 students were acting but decided to blame me. I did absolutely nothing wrong. They have 2 security guards working the front door. This dental clinic has a lot of problems. Please save your time/money. This clinic deserves to go out of business immediately.
