The customer service provided in this location is great! The employees are friendly, happy and courteous. They manage to keep a consistent positive attitude regardless of how busy they are as this place is non-stop busy with customers in the lobby and drive-thru.
The second part of this review is the facility itself and the layout of the place. It feels cramped inside with cups and mugs display all around the store. There are cups and mug displays against the wall by the front entrance that is also near where the line ends on their busy day while also having a small walkway to their tables. Too many traffic in this one little area and it may cause hazard. Perhaps changing the layout in an already small space will feel more like it's a relaxed environment.
Most importantly, since this location is constantly busy, the employees do not have time to maintain cleanliness of their facility.
