Well just when you thought it could not get worse. So along with poor wait times and incompent front office staff, the billing department takes the cake. I had two insurance coverages which ment I had zero out of pocket expense yet it seemed with every visit there was an issue. But the last straw was when I received a letter from the office telling me my insurance company needed further info from me to process my claim. Now I had already provided that info and the bills were infact paid and I had proof. So I looked further at the letter the Dr office sent and it had nothing to do with me! They didnt even read the letter from my insurance company! The letter was actually asking them for a refund as they were over paid! So I called and got the snotty billing manager who would not listen. And kept putting me on hold, telling me " your going to be put on hold till you calm down" WTF? I tried repeatedly to explain to her the letter had nothing to do with me and if she had read it before sending it out she would have known this. Again I was "punished" and put on hold. I called my insurance company who called them and got the same treatment by the same woman. My insurance said and I quote " they are nuts in that office, and I dont know how you deal with them" So this is the last straw. I love Dr Liu, but when he is surrounded by incompetent rude staff who treat you like a child it is just not worth the hell and aggravation. My advice to the Dr's here: 1. Stop packing your schedules because wait times are ridiculous. 2. Clean house. Your staff needs a full over haul. 3. See more patients yourselves, I dont always feel confident in PA's. If you did this you may not lose anymore patients.
