I have had at least 4 pairs of Keens and love them, so was looking forward to checking out this store, which has an amazing selection of what I can only imagine are ALL their styles.
My beefs? I walked in the store, browsed around for 5 minutes, and the lone employee didn't acknowledge me in any way. No "hello", no eye contact. (I was the only customer.) The store is also poorly laid out, so I wasn't sure where the men's selection was, and I didn't want to interrupt the employee's internet search.
I'll go back with my wife at some point, so they'll get another chance. I'll definitely update this review if the experience is any different.
