I paid $700 over quote due to them having to come back a second day. Because their youngest worker barely worked and then he smoked while moving boxes and brought a smoke smell into my home. another was ill. I had to pay for an additional day of services which included a $150 charge for them keeping my stuff in their truck over night, another $119 travel fee and on top of that, I have some damage to some of my dining room table, a glass framed picture, sofa foot was broken but replaced. And the screen doors were removed and not put back. REALLY?!!
Be mindful that the rate becomes very high after 8 hrs of labor. Also my patio furniture was left outside on the side of the house I was not informed of this! It could have been stolen! AND the workers left their polar styrofoam cups in the front yard. Am I disappointed? Yes I am! Ticked off? Yes, that too. Will I use this company again? NO. Can this be fixed? Let's see what their customer service does....
Update: they also damaged my garage door without telling me! Waiting to see what happens next...
