Real experience: AC went out and it's time to replace. I had a few other options to repair but replacing is the option I wanted to take with a 14 year old unit on my home.
Called 3 companies and ended up going with Legacy air. Dave (owner) came out assessed the cost of replacing everything and gave me a bid. Great product American Standard I got the two stage after lots of research. Appointment times were all kept and they finished when they said they would. They Fixed drywall cut out with drywall company.
Important to call the manufacturing company right away after installation to activate the warranty. Legacy Air took pics of all info I would need for that process (serial numbers etc). That was a sweet touch because it would have been a mission to track that down that info after installation.
I never told Dave this but they also had the best price. So not to sound cheesy but, great product, great service, and great price! If you go with legacy air you've done all the research you need to do :)
