I love Starbucks in general but this is one of my favorite stores. it might be really busy, but you have to kind of understand that it's not a big store. Reading some of these reviews make me sick because you can't expect them to finish your order right away, and what's with the "not getting the drink for free" thing? Like do you expect McDonald's to give you free meal because they took 5 minutes?
