The nicest hotel we've stayed in recently. Not sure why there are no other reviews - our Toronto friends said the property has changed owners a few times and if you read Trip Advisor you'll see they have been renovating all this year (it's almost done). The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The only odd thing was the toilet paper roll was right under the rack for hanging the bath towel. We chose this hotel for its location near the downtown core and it was just steps away from Eaton Centre and the Yonge-Dundas plaza. The restaurant Hemispheres was great (it deserves its own review).
