I just had the best experience here. I ordered a ham on Monday to be picked up on Saturday. It was a mad house there today. The line was going along the side of the building when I got there about 4 pm. First of all I was shocked at how fast the line moved. Before I knew it I was in the building and then at the counter. They were out of the 8 pound ham that I had ordered and instead of making me wait for one to be cut they upgraded me at no charge to an 11 and a half pounder. I was shocked to say the least. I work in customer service and although I would expect to be taken care of I rarely see it happen. This was a great move on their part. I'm a customer for life. I was also impressed to see that the woman behind the counter was able to make this kind of call without getting a manager involved. We were helped by a woman by the name of Litisha, I will be filling out the online comment survey in hopes she is rewarded.
