I visited Champs Family Automotive to get a new Alternator installed in my Tacoma truck. The evening before, I was stranded when my truck wouldn't start, got a jump and made it to nearest shop to get checked out. The other shop hooked up their battery & charging system tester and told me I needed a new battery (which I got) and a new Alternator. Called Champs Family Automotive the next morning and they fit me in right away, but Josh said they would check everything out first - not just schedule a new Alternator install. Well I went to Champs Family Automotive because they won the Better Business Bureau Blue Torch of Ethics Award and now I see why. They ran all the tests (twice) and my Alternator was working properly, I didn't need to spend the money on a new one. They did all this at no cost and saved me money that I was ready to spend. With my new battery my truck is starting just fine every time. I highly recommend Champs Family Automotive and will always take my vehicles to them. It is great to know I have a shop that is competent and honest. I tell all my family and friends to go to Champs Family Automotive.
