So how cool could an interactive aquarium in Las Vegas be? I must admit, this place is pretty amazing. There is a lot to see and do. The employees are pretty knowledgeable about the things here. I say things because there are not only aquatic fish/animals/ plants but reptiles, birds, insects etc. it can be very interactive depending on the individual. You can touch a crazy amount of different things, and even sit and have birds fly all around you. There are lots of Purrel stations to clean your hands afterwards. You can move through the exhibits at your own pace. For an additional charge you can feed different birds and/or fish, get into the water and snorkel, or even have a mermaid give you a glitter tattoo!
The rest rooms that I saw were clean and in good repair.
The snacks are reasonably priced, but it's just that snacks (although they do have pizza, nachos and hot dogs).
They will also offer to take some photos that can be purchased.
They use a token system - pricing depends on how many you purchase at a time. Most things cost between 1 and 4 tokens.
There is also a gift shop up front.
The staff were all very nice too!
We would come back periodically- lots to see and learn!
