It makes me sad to write this because Doctor Robey did a great job. However, the only reason I agreed to go to this pricey center was because I was offered a six-month payment plan. Yet, 3 months in I am being asked to pay my entire balance. There was a lot of miscommunication on the payment end. And for a place that offers such an friendly atmosphere, I was shocked by the way they treated me. It's a shame they don't take most insurance and have a disorganized staff that sells expensive products to people in extreme pain. I expect more from a company when I am paying thousands of dollars for treatment.
