Went there on Saturday the 10th. Me Wife Daughter Fiancee around 6:00. Lago was a little more than half full with not one table outside seated and was told by the receptionist they were booked. I said there are a lot of empty tables and she kept saying I'm sorry and offered us seats at the bar, I declined. I'm sorry she kept saying and said but people are going to be coming in. I said but there is nobody here now! I asked if a Manager was here and the receptionist just kept saying I'm sorry. We went to another Restaurant and had dinner. When we were done we went back to Lago and it was still only about half. The receptionist then said hey I tried to chase you down acting as if she could have seated us. I just told her we had dinner somewhere else.
