Probably the worst service along side the always rushed and stressed spa attendants of The Hyatt - Stillwater Spa. When I was checking-in, I was inundated with the attendants talking about shift changes, where they were going later that night, and discussing clients in front of other customers. Not professional. The actual treatment I had done was very good, but everyone just seemed very "new" and untrained. The facilities/change rooms were dirty, with towels left everywhere, and sinks with leftover mess from the previous person. This "spa" is attracting a very tacky type of clientele; a certain type of woman you want to keep in a reality tv show, and ask to politely stay there. The Ritz Carlton and the Shangri-La will always be #1 in service, treatment, and facilities. Sorry, Four Seasons. You're a complete amateur compared to the big boys. No matter how much sad TV promotion you may do.
