Service Professional- Kalem
Services Performed - Bi-Annual Pre-Summer check up.
I feel like I made a friend in the HVAC industry with Kalem. Initially, I had requested the previous service rep, Dustin, to come out because I REALLY liked him. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and a down right good person to chat with. Dustin was someone I would drink a beer with.
Placing the initial call to take advantage of A.D.A's pre-summer special, I talked to Tonya. A very nice lady who helped me schedule the service call. I requested Dustin but I believe he was busy. She told me that all their guys were awesome, and to personally call her back to give her feedback on Kalem's performance (Will do this today.)
The day of, Kalem came to the door, walked inside and put his house-booties on his shoes out of respect. To me, that's top notch that they respect people's home's enough to do this. Most all service companies I have hired do not do this. He and I chatted for a few and he got to work shortly after. After his service part was finished, he came inside and offered a few new things they were promoting like the attic fan and their service maint. package, which both are excellent! After everything was said and done, he just seemed like the type of person you can trust. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a way of making his sales pitch on their products not feel pushy or sneaky. I would trust Kalem again and personally request his service, just the same as Dustin. Kalem is legit and I believe the guy could use a raise or maybe an extra attaboy!
All in all, both Dustin and Kalem have been on-point so far. I'm a customer for life and will always desire the service of A.D.A. You just can't beat it these days finding a company out there like them.
