WARNING: STAY AWAY! I purchased this as part of a bachelor party weekend for 12 people on September 8th. The day part was ok for the pool party experience. The night party is what sucked. We waited at Budweiser Beer Park for the host for almost 2 hours, he never returned our texts. I called the number on the website and the rep said they would approve our refund. Especially since I had the texts to prove the host never replied. I waited for our refund to no avail. So I did a charge back and gave my friends their money back. Now I get a notice from Amex saying that the $500 charge back was not approved because their website states NO REFUNDS. So wasted 2 hours, no call from host, no Club Crawl, messed up our Bachelor party vibe, and I still have to pay Epic club crawls. I would not recommend this company and all my friends will post negative reviews based on the same experience Epic messed up.
