I like Tower City, especially during Christmas time. The historic architecture of the mall is unlike anything you will find anywhere else. If I had to use one word to describe the architecture, I would say amazing. Classic Art Deco style with soaring domed ceilings, large columns, marble floors, natural light, and a beautiful dancing fountain. I would be content just sitting and watching that fountain all day, lol. There are a lot of pluses here, including The Horseshoe Casino, Hard Rock Cafe, a multi-screen movie theater, the only Cleveland Store, two hotels, and a nice food court. While the department store, and many of the high end stores are gone, I still think Tower City remains a good place to shop, dine, and play.
