I was a customer until I finally learned my lesson when I had a fresh full set done and was NOT happy with the way my nails turned out, this place is definitely looking out for quantity,not quality, I notified Jennie and said she would take care of it next visit, 2wks passed and I called to make a an appointment,Jennie answered the phone and said we are not busy, just come now, and I told her my name and how soon I would be there. When I arrived and signed in, jennie looked at me and said they were too busy too to do my nails and to come back I told her I had called and spoke to her and she simply said oh "I sorry" is all she said I left and DEFINITELY WILL NOT COME BACK to thisCHOP SHOP....... Horrible service!!!!!
