Drinks and food are expensive as hell here - so eat beforehand. I've been here twice but I'll review based on my last visit. We bought package tickets so we could go to hakasan one night and the next day the pool party. However, the.l next day it was raining off and on and the two times we came to wet republic, they told us it was closed. We told them we already bought tickets and received a response that we could get refunds and just to call them. I submitted a request online explaining the issue and a "DCS" by the name of Stephane came back saying they checked with the security supervisor on duty that day and that the pool was never closed. There was a downpour that day for 30 minutes so I'm not sure how they even get away with lying like that. They have 18-year old kids "manning" the doors, have people pay ridiculous prices for everything, and then don't take customer complaints into consideration at all. I'll never recommend this place to anyone again. What do you expect - it's vegas. The strip looks the way it does because of the money people have lost there! I don't gamble so didn't expect to lose money due to poor business ethics!
