Once I came in, I was greeted and they hung up my jacket and put my tote in a locker. Once I sat down, I was offered a bottle of water. Such a small thing, yet very considerate.
Tori looked at my hair to determine it's state, and I showed her images of other balayage hairstyles I'd seen. Then, she got to mixing and lightened my hair. Afterwards, she toned it down to limit the brassiness that could occur. Since my hair is so dark, I know the feeling of having somewhat very orange looking hair.
Long story short, I would definitely recommend this place. It is amazing. The owner, Dat, asked how my appointment went and how I felt about my hair, and I was completely satisfied. I can't wait to go back for a touch-up!
