My family and I love bowling and Uptown Alley is a great place. What I love is the food and drink. It isn't like any other bowling alley where they only have burgers, fries and nachos. They have a real restaurant in there. Now, there is a piece of advice that I would really like to give to Uptown Alley's management team. The advice I want to give them is to please somehow instruct all of their customers about bowling etiquette either by explaining to them what bowling etiquette is or by posting it so that everyone can see exactly what bowling etiquette is supposed to be. Every time I bowl here it seems like there's a family next to me or a couple or what have you that when I'm standing up ready to bowl they're not giving me my space. They are also trying to bowl themselves while I'm still trying to bowl next to them and you're supposed to wait for the person next to you to finish bowling before you step onto the wood and pick up your ball. I don't think it would be that difficult to hand out a flyer that explains the rules or to Simply verbalize the rules when they pick up their shoes and pay for their bowling so that everyone is on the same page because nothing frustrates me more than somebody that is disrespectful to others and people need to know that when it comes to bowling. If you're there to bowl have respect and don't have your kids running around and all kinds of other nonsense. I was considering giving this a four-star instead of a five-star but the fact that people don't have respect is not the bowling alleys problem or responsibility so I gave it a five-star but food for thought, maybe you guys can do something to alleviate the problem.
