The Audi dealership sent these guys to my home to replace my windshield. Steve (I think that's his name) performed a clean install and treated my car with care. Although, he had to actually come back and replace the one he had installed, because he had a found a factory defect, a contamination within the glass as he was cleaning it. I honestly wouldn't have noticed it if he didn't point it out, because it was so small. He also took part of the blame claiming that he should of caught it before installing. He explained that he didn't feel comfortable leaving me with a non quality product, so he asked if we could wait a few days for the seal to cure, and that he would return with a new windshield and replace it. I was impressed with his honesty and attention to detail. Employees like him is what drives a company forward. I hope this company becomes successful and will definitely recommend them to others.
