Terrible horrible place to live. It is wayyyy over priced I pay $1,230 for a tiny one bedroom. The walls are thin, I can hear when my next door neighbor makes a phone call or cough it's ridiculous. I have a person that likes to make false noise complaints living below me. I'll be out of town, away working at night, or asleep in the day. I've never had a issue with noise living at any apartment complex in the past. I tried to go to the office to tell my side of the story, instead they took her side despite the fact that I am never at home. This person has made my stay here at SW a living nightmare. They harass me by banging on my door at weird hours of the night just to tell me to close my door quieter. I cannot help how the door closes I have made maintenance requests to fix my door. No one has came to fix it! My dryer broke and was broken for a week, I had no clothes to wear. maintenance requests are ignored. I was told by Dylan to "get a gun instead" so that way if someone breaks down my crappy door I'm protected. I shouldn't have to worry about that for $1,230 a month!!!!! All the front office people have done is slapped more complaints on my file leading up to a possible eviction. I'm now seeking legal advice. Security here is a joke, people have gotten their cars stolen or broken into on the SECOND floor. People don't pick up the poop after their dogs. I have stepped in dog poop more than once going outside. Please whatever you do don't stay here!
