Since stores keep changing the brands that they carry it seems like I have to travel to multiple supermarkets to get what I need. I go to Albertsons because another store discontinued the brand of deli ham we like. To save time, I usually end up buying other items even though they charge slightly more than the other grocers. I am very disappointed in the service from this location. EVERY time I go to the deli there is nobody there. Doesn't matter what time of day or night. I have to try to track somebody down on the floor or in the bakery to ask where the employees are. When they do arrive behind the counter, they are busy doing something and won't even acknowledge that there is a customer there waiting. Yes, you read that right, they IGNORE their customers. Whatever they are doing should wait and they should take care of the customer first. Also, they don't have the same items as the store on McDowell and Power. I went to buy a couple of loose Hoagie rolls and they have maybe 2 selections of loose rolls vs the many different types of rolls to choose from on McDowell. That store is a much farther drive but I will go to that location instead of this one. Always a disappointing, aggravating experience.
