Comfort is important after a day of taking in the attractions and shopping. This Holiday Inn goes all out to make sure you are comfortable. The beds are new and I slept great which is not always the case when I'm away from home. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator, and even a Keurig. We had trouble with the air conditioner when we arrived but the manager came right up and fixed it. It worked great the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was the usual cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, and hot items such as breakfast meat and eggs. What surprised me was the turkey sausage which I always prefer when I'm attempting to eat healthier. It was good.
The staff was very friendly which put me at ease since it was my first trip to Canada. It was the perfect location and a short walk to everything we wanted to see. This will be our go to hotel for all future Toronto trips.
