I wanted to wait a couple of weeks after I was helped by ATA to write my review. When I found them I was in a tough spot with my lease and I was going to have to pay a lot to break it. I was really low on cash flow and was worried if I was going to make ends meat. I even called ATA and backed out of my first meeting because I just didn't want to deal with more hassle. They called me and made me realize that it was in my best interest just to sit down for a free meeting. During that meeting I received a wealth of knowledge regarding my rights as a renter. I would highly recommend to anyone who is feeling backed into a corner to just schedule the first meeting with ATA. After my initial meeting I was confident that Ken and his team had my best interest in mind. I decided to proceed with them. It took 11 days and I was moved out, free and clear of my lease obligations. Ken is a very unique individual, I would tend to agree that his people skills are a bit off. But I didn't hire him for that. I hired him because he was a wealth of knowledge in an area that I knew nothing about. He has his way of doing things and I found him to be very pleasant and respectful of me. No doubt he is an odd guy but I found him to be pretty funny! And again I hired him to help me break my lease legally and here I am free and clear and super happy with the results. Thank you so much Ken and team! P.S I highly recommend you pay the extra 50 bucks to protect your credit! A lot of Landlords will mess with your credit to get back at you and Ken will make sure they don't get away with it.
