Like I promised in my last review I am back at the Sheraton! Today's check in process was super smooth. I'm in town with my younger sister to celebrate her birthday. Samantha was super nice telling us great places to go and making sure we were prepared for the weather.
We tried the shuttle again and it was great! Our driver, like Samantha, provided us great service! He shared all kinds of information about Pittsburgh with us on our drive over to Market Square. I felt like we had our own little private tour of downtown!!
After our night out we return to our room to find an amazing surprise waiting for us! Thank you thank you thank to Samantha for topping off our trip. You went above and beyond today. My sister was so excited and surprised. We really appreciate you!
