I hate this company. making me deal with the renters even though i am not suppose to. Finally cancelled after a year and they tried to keep my money and talked behind my back to the tenants, which are currently renting with me. I am just working with them directly instead of using a company because i was already doing that even though i was paying blackbird.
Few things about them. Tenants payed on time. I receive the money 2-3 weeks later just before the next month. how horrible and their excuses. always not answering my calls and very hard to talk to. They are two faced.. STAY AWAY!!!!
