Wow, did I get screwed by this company! They were on time, called before coming and did a good job. However, I paid an additional $150 on top of my $69 groupon!!! The tech was terrible.. he had NO professionalism and no customer service... Didn't even say hi or introduce himself when he came in. His phone kept going off and his ring tone was gun shots... Really! I was alone with my son during the cleaning and felt so uncomfortable that I went outside for the whole process and called a friend to come over so we weren't alone with this creepy guy. The van he showed up in didn't make me feel any safer, beat up and didn't even have az license plates which tells me they aren't insured properly either since I'm in the insurance industry I would know vehicles must be registered and insured in the same state which is impossible with out of state tags. Ugh! I wish I would of gone with my first instinct and kicked him out before he even came in. I would never recommend this shady, creepy, over charging company to anyone!!!! Oh but neither would the tech I had after telling me how much he hated the company using groupons or asking him to work Sundays.
