My cartridge on my Moen bathtub faucet went bad and I decided I couldn't do it myself. I called Plumbing and A/C Medic off of a referral from my church. I couldn't believe how nice the lady who answered the phone was. Keep in mind it was 119 degrees yesterday so I figured it would be a couple of weeks before anyone would come out for non emergency work. She informed me that someone would be in touch with me withing the half hour. 20 minutes later another very nice person called to see if I was available the same day between 12 and 4. Seriously?? Wow. I received another call around 2:00 to let me know the tech was on his way. Five minutes later I was greeted at the door by Thomas Aguilar. He presented his card and put protective slippers on his shoes and came in to the house. He gave me the quote, fixed the problem and was done within an hour. He was one of the nicest technicians we have ever had in our home. Way to go Plumbing and A/C Medic. Whatever you guys are doing is working.
