Horrible experience. I had paid for and was owed 2 final massages but apparently they ask you to use them within 30 days of canceling membership (fine print I missed) I asked simply to receive what I paid for and they refused. Any biz owner/biz that is more concerned about keeping a clients $100 and avoiding giving service vs taking care of the client to get referrals etc is not to wise. So the $100 they saved in services will now cost them probably 50 lost future customers who read this and see how poor their customer service is. Always a shame when you see biz who do no put client first. I suggest you go to massage envy or elsewhere
