Well, I was looking for a new dental office and found out about this place through a mailer, so I thought I would give them a try as a new cash patient. I called to make an appointment, was told I would be the first appointment of the morning being scheduled at 9am. I arrived 15 minutes early, filled out the paperwork and waited. As I waited I looked at the sign ini sheet and noticed there were ten other people that also had a 9am appointment. At around 945 I was taken back to wait again in another room. Then after seeing one person, I waited again. Then I saw the dentist and waited again for my cleaning. I was switched from room to room and even told to go back out into the lobby and wait. The people were nice here, HOWEVER, AFTER A THREE HOUR APPOINTMENT that was only only a cleaning, check up and X-ray, WAY TOO LONG AND NOT PROFESSIONAL TO MAKE SOMEONE SWITCH ROOMS BACK AND FORTH AND EVEN PUT THEM BACK OUT IN THE WAITING ROOM TO WAIT SOME MORE. I will never go back to this place. I ended up leaving there at 12:30, It was a horrible experience. Do youself a favor unless you don't mind wasting time in a dental office-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. So unprofessional and horrible to make someone wait that long when they are soooo called the first appointment of the morning. You should never tell someone they are the first appointment of the morning, if there are 10 or more other people also scheduled at that time.
SAVE YOURSELF DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Sad Case Because I liked the dentist and the staff, tooo bad they wasted soo much of my time.
